This is the second time I am participating to ITIL training delivered by Matthew. He always has delivered the content professionally and made himself available after the training for any questions or guidelines the classes might have.

It was very helpful to get real life examples of the practices as Keith provided.

Well delivered session on both days, tutor very knowledgeable and use real life examples that help you understand better. Refreshments and lunch were also great.
